“The sky, water, trees and birds are my main muses and I am fascinated by the textures, forms, contours and the colours inherent in them.

The inspiration for my art comes from the natural environment I encounter daily from walks in the forests, on the water or even on the streets. I work in a variety of mediums and dimensions and love the process of building up surfaces, layering, removing and collaging. I express myself in both abstract and representational ways because I find that a broad practice keeps my work fresh, strong and balanced.”
