Gord Rosewarne
Gord doesn't remember a time when he wasn't sketching and throughout his life has dabbled rather successfully in stained glass and woodworking. In retrospect, he's always been an artist.
However having worked as an electrical designer, Gord didn't have time to fully explore his interests until he retired, when he finally turned to painting. Thankfully, his current lifestyle lends itself well to developing his skills.
“Painting in acrylics allows me to find a depth of colour in a variety of mediums. I find wildlife and the human figure the most interesting of subjects.
I am self-taught but always seek a community of artists and have been influenced by my peers in both Muskoka and Niagara-on-the-lake.”
