Deborah Whitehouse

I have created art in a variety of media on my lifelong artistic journey.

While mostly self-taught, I have completed more than 10 courses at Haliburton School of Art and Design.

My work has evolved from a life-long passion for art, and a keen interest in preserving nature and learning new things. It is created for the joy of creating and for the sharing of that joy.

“Living surrounded by a forest, as well as travelling to other spaces and gardens yields inspiration for my artwork.

The positive energy of these places provides fuel for what emerges in a variety of media: paint, sketch, clay, weaving and glass.”
